When will I be billed?You will be charged for your order at time of purchase, unless a Buy Now Pay Later is used as the payment method. We typically ship in-stock items within 24 hours and shipping takes 2 to 3 business days, excluding holidays to be delivered.

How much do you charge for shipping?We offer flat rate shipping at $4.99 within the United States. Orders over $100.00 will receive free shipping.

When will my order be shipped?We usually ship in-stock items within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays. Select shipping methods ship the same day for in-stock orders placed by 1:00pm CT. There will be a processing period of 1-3 days prior to the order being shipped.

What is Luxe Underlinens' return policy?We're confident that you will love what you’ve purchased! So for that reason, we only offer refunds and returns for defective items. If you receive a defective item, please return it within 15 days from purchase. Your credit card or account will be refunded. We only accept unworn/unwashed merchandise with tags. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

Who pays for return shipping?If you receive a defective product, we are responsible for the return shipping. We will send you a prepaid label to print out and process your return. In the unlikely event that we inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, please notify us immediately at 1.866.746.0090 so that we can initiate a replacement. Your replacement items will ship free of charge.

We cannot guarantee that your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items shipped back to us.
